When placing an order on twikset.com, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions of the site. Please read carefully the terms below and contact us should you have any questions.
All products on our site are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, you will be contacted and given the option of store credit, exchange or full refund.

Any personal information that you provide including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released to anybody outside Lets Start Shopping.
Lets Start Shopping does not collect nor has access to any credit card details you may provide when purchasing on our website. Your credit card details are processed by Paypal. Further information can be viewed at www.paypal.com.au.
All prices listed on the website are in Nepali Rupee (NRs) or American Dollar (US $).
We use PayPal as payment server to ensure maximum security for every purchase on our website. When a product is added to the cart and proceed to checkout, you will be asked to enter your payment details to confirm your order. We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD and Paypal. If you chose to pay with Paypal Express with your Paypal account, simply select the option at checkout and you will be directed to an external Paypal page for completion. We do not have access nor see your payment details when an order is placed.
Shipping costs and delivery time varies depending on your location. For the time being we just deliver within Kathmandu Valley. Please check below our shipping costs:

If additional delays are encountered, you will be notified by email. Please contact us if you require additional information. All rates can be calculated in the checkout page when placing an order. Delivery can take longer depending on your location and we cannot guarantee delivery within the time period but we will assure your order is sent on the same or next business day.
For more information on delivery time frames for your specific location, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. www.twisket.com will not be held liable if any damages are caused during shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your product and wish to return it, you have 3 days starting from the day you have received your product to notify us and send it back to us.
Please note we don't provide refunds for the following items and reasons: – Change of mind or wrong size
– On any sale items
Once you have received the product and decided to return it, please visit our RETURNS page HERE and follow the instructions to submit your return request. Once we have approved the request, you will have to send the product back to us. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
All products returned must NOT be taken out of their packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any product returned if we believe that the product has been opened. We also reserve the right to refuse any returns if we were not notified by email within 3 days of reception of the product.
After 3 days, you will not be eligible to return your product. Once we've received your product, you will be able to choose between either Exchange or Store credit: – Exchange: an exchange is possible with any product on our website that has the exact same price (initial shipping not included in price). Shipping charges apply for re-delivery and are payable on our checkout page. You will have to notify us exactly which product you wish to exchange in your original email. If you wish to purchase a product that has greater value than the product in exchange, you may do so by paying the difference.
- Store credit: you can choose to have a store credit if you wish to return a product. We will provide you with a DISCOUNT CODE that you can apply on your next purchase online. Store credit is valid for 12 months only. After 12 months, store credit will expire and won't be valid.
SALE item cannot be accepted back unless the item is faulty.
We only accept returns/replacements in their original packaging, with the tags still attached and unused conditions.
In case of the item being defective, not as described, missing accessories, size mismatch or wrong delivery, we will provide free returns and replacements.
In cases where you are dissatisfied with the product you receive, a reprocessing fee equivalent to the delivery amount will be applicable on the product amount (for refund). For exchanges, additional delivery charges apply.
